Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and personal care standards, used items may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@officialavyra.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders already in transit cannot be canceled

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
