No, we do not accept exchanges at this time. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@officialavyra.com with photos within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right by sending you a brand new replacement — completely free.
